Q- Do Navall head units require any other fittings or looms ?
A- All Navall Head units come with our custom plug and play looms that only we provide. ZT's and 75's fitted with factory highline will require the 2 additional fittings on the listings . Harmony head units require 1 additional loom. All others will plug and play using our custom made loom. Please

Q- Do Navall head units come with our car's boot Logos.
A- In addition to approximately 37 other logos , Navall head units have the 3 Rover/MG Logos (facelift, rover and MG) preinstalled.
Q- What color is the backlighting ?
A- All Navall Head units come with fully adjustable background lighting. If you have A Rover, then you can select the Rover orange, or if you have a ZT you can select Blue and match it exactly. You can also choose to customize the color .
Q- Do Navall head units include the navigation program and maps?
A- All Navall Head units come with a memory card pre-installed and includes the IGO PRIMO Program as well as the most current maps (released January 2017). Nothing to buy. We also email when map updates are released and you have the option to purchase the maps updates (Not necessary) . At a Cost of £15-£20.
Q- What happens when new technology becomes available?
A- Technological advances come fast...but as a Navall owner, you automatically become eligible to take advantage of our trade up program. You can Opt to part ex your unit with Navall for the newer technology. this has been a very successful way for people to remain on the cutting edge.
Q- Can you provide Do it yourself fitting instructions ?
A- In addition to 9 Years experience and supply of over 3500 units to the ZT and 75 community alone, we have completed a fitting instructions booklet (28 pages) for our Navall customers. Of course we (including Jeff,coolcat) ) are at your disposal to answer any questions or concerns during and after.
Q- Do you have a fitting service ?
A- We have a network of fitters throughout the country , with our main center in Clacton on Sea. You are invited to come to the seashore and enjoy a nice lunch while Jeff professionally fits your head unit. He does fittings on Wednesdays and Sundays.
Q-I would like to have the On Board Diagnostics feature, what do I do?
A- We provide as Standard (No additional cost), an OBD2 (On Board Diagnostics reader) Which communicates with your Navall head unit via Bluetooth using the Torque program to give you feed back on the state of your car. Please note that while we provide the Translator , you must download an APP to your head unit which range from Free to $10 for Pro versions. We cannot supply this as it must be attached to your google account.
Q-What is the difference between the different Navall units?
A- We did a progress chart to show the differences, similarities and the progression of the Navall Head units over the past 8 or 9 years.
Q-Do you have installation instructions?
A- Yes, we have completed a 28 page fitting guide to answer most commonly asked questions, including pictures and illustrations.
